  • Sliding doors run on self-cleaning, self-oiling, self-aligning galvanized tracks

  • All buildings include color-coated gutters on two sides

  • Posts: 6" x 6" treated or laminated 

  • Anchoring: Anchor blocks nailed to posts; all posts rest on precast concrete pads

  • Columns: One-piece treated columns extend from hole bottom to roof

  • Two supporting posts + one truss for every 8'

  • Trusses bolted to one-piece supporting timbers

  • Assembled with approved connector plates embedded under tons of pressure

  • Stamped by a registered engineer

  • Bottom chord always meets top chord at the plate for maximum strength

  • Rest on bearing block + 2x6 support

  • Kickboards: Two (or more) treated tongue-and-groove boards around perimeter

  • Purlins: 2x4 yellow pine, edge-set for 12% more strength

  • Sidewall Girts: 2x4 yellow pine, quality checked

  • Metal Panels: Painted steel with color coating over galvanized base for long service life

  • Trim: Base trim (rat barrier) under sidewall metal

  • Fasteners: Color-coded screws and ring-shank nails for maximum hold
